I would be using the commission for examples, portfolio/artwork area, and posting on my insta and tiktok account, if your not fine with this then tell me or click the no option on the google form, I will ask again once the commission is paid to make sure if you still ok with it or notRequest

I require a deposit before the commission starts, it would be half the commission price
I use Paypal and Ko Fi, you are allowed to pick which one you want, I don’t really care
To avoid getting my work stolen, they will be a watermark over the art throughout the whole process, I will remove the watermark once the commission is paid in fullRefunds and Cancellation
The deposit is Non-RefundableYou are allowed to cancel the commission if you don’t want it anymore anytime before the final
Revisions
It depends on what phase the sketches is on
Phase 1
You are allowed to have the whole poses change or anything else
Phase 2
You are allowed to change arms/legs poses and other minor stuff
Phase 3/Final
(Final for sketch option)
Allowed to change minor stuff, nothing very drastic
4 Phase/Final
(for clean sketch)
Allowed to change very minor stuff, not drastic
TurnAround Time
Usual it doesn’t take me that long
Sketch can take me an hour or 2
Clean sketch can take a few hours to a day
I will try my best to get it done as fast but I will take an hour to few hours or a day or more for each phase so I don’t get burned out/lose motivation which can be easy for me and I don’t have all the free time in the world so it may take a few days to a week or 3if anything comes up that may slow my process I will tell you, for example, school starts for me next month (September 1th) so my process will slow down unless I am on break
I will also not do deadlines at all, I don’t trust myself to be able to get it done on time especially with school cause I don’t want to be worrying about a deadline when I have homework and other stuff to worry aboutCommunication
I will try my best to keep you updated with the progress as much as I can, you are allowed to completely ask for updates if you haven’t heard from me for a while
I only ask if you can be understanding and be nice
I will not work with people who are rude or mean in anyway, I will decline the commission if you are, I won’t deal with that behaviorReminders
I am allowed to refuse a commission if I don’t think I am able to do it, uncomfortable, against my T. O. S. or any reason I don’t want to do it, I don’t own an explanation unless you do want my reason why, then I will tell youI prefer if you have images/refs when you commission me, it helps me a lot better though you can send a writing description but at least have images with it and they most not be Ai, I will refuse to use the image as example if it’s AiRemember I am still a learning artist so things may look off but I try my best and I am willing to learn stuff for the commission if I’m comfortable with it, so don’t yell at me if something looks wrong, I try my bestIf you do commission me, then you have read and understood my T. O. S. and agree to it
